SMB Dynamic Sales is a distributor. We use WhatsApp to send our customers reminders about their own pending bills and payments, and to answer their replies. This page explains what we keep and why.
What we keep
- Your business name, town and the WhatsApp or phone number you gave us or our salesman.
- Your bills, payments, cheques and balance with us — the same records in our books.
- The WhatsApp messages you send to our number, and the messages we send you, with their delivery status.
Why we use it
- To remind you of bills that are due or overdue, and of cheques due for deposit or returned.
- To reply to your questions about your account, payments and bills.
We do not send advertising, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. Messages pass through WhatsApp (Meta), which handles them under its own terms.
How we keep it
Your details are kept on our own office server, can only be seen by our staff, and are kept for as long as you are our customer and as our tax and accounting records require.
Stopping messages, or removing your number
Tell us on WhatsApp, tell our salesman, or write to sales@smbdynamic.com, and we will stop the reminders to your number. You can also ask us what details we hold about you.
